main office is easy to reach from Queens, Nassau and Suffolk.
Our
conference facilities located in mid-town Manhattan and the Wall Street
areas
of New York City, and in White Plains provide additional convenience.

South Shore/Brooklyn: - Belt Parkway to Southern State
Parkway Eastbound to Wantagh Parkway North.
- Take
the Wantagh Parkway North to the Northern State Parkway Eastbound
- Take
the Northern State Parkway to exit 35N 106/107.
- Take
106/107 North. 106/107 will split you will have to stay to your right
to 106.
- Stay
on 106 for approximately 6.3 miles (106 will become South Street) to
West Main Street.
- Turn
left on West Main Street (just past Bank of America).
- The
Oceanic House is on your left 1/2 block in.
- Make
your first left into the parking lot.

the Bronx/Throgs Neck/Whitestone Bridge:
- Take
the Cross Island Parkway Southbound to the Grand Central Parkway
Eastbound.
- Take
Grand Central Parkway to Northern State Parkway Eastbound.
- Take
the Northern State Parkway to exit 35N 106/107.
- Take
106/107 North. 106/107 will split you will have to stay to your right
to 106.
- Stay
on 106 for approximately 6.3 miles (106 will become South Street) to
West Main Street.
- Turn
